Distance Reiki
60 minutes set aside for you
You set aside a full hour in calm surroundings.
You settle in and let your body ease into stillness while you receive Reiki.
The hour isn't split into phases — it's one continuous stretch of time, from when you lie down to when you get up again.
Things often slow down even more toward the end. That's often where the body really gets to land.
You don't need to be on video during the session. You'll get all the practical information by email beforehand.

Good to know
Before and after the session
Before the session
To get as much calm around the experience as possible, it can help to:
- set aside the full hour for yourself
- find a place where you can be undisturbed
- turn off or put away your phone
- wear comfortable clothes
- avoid a large meal right before the session, if that feels better for your body
- limit caffeine right before the session, if you know it makes you restless
The most important thing isn't to do everything “right”, but to give yourself a small space for calm.
After the session
There's no right way to experience the time after a Reiki session.
Some feel calm or sleepy. Others feel light, clear, or more present. Many notice no obvious difference right away.
Give yourself a little time before returning to the rest of your day.
It can be nice to:
- drink a glass of water
- go for a gentle walk
- rest, if your body is asking for it
- write down thoughts or reflections, if you'd like to
- meet the rest of the day a little more gently than usual
Some find that impressions or reflections keep surfacing over the following days, while others don't notice any particular change. Both are completely normal.
