Meditations
Calm Breath
A simple breathing exercise you can do anytime — at home, at work, or in the middle of a busy day. It only takes a few minutes, and you don't need any equipment or preparation.

How to do it
Find a quiet moment
Sit or lie down comfortably. You don't need to close your eyes, but it can make it easier to tune in.
Breathe in calmly, and out a little longer
Breathe in through your nose while counting to four. Then breathe out through your nose or mouth while counting to six. A longer exhale than inhale helps the body settle.
Repeat a few rounds
Continue for five to ten rounds, or as long as it feels good. There's no right length.
This exercise can be done several times a day. It doesn't replace medical or psychological treatment, but it can be a simple way to feel a little more present.
